SHIPPING

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday via Australia Post. Item/s will be shipped within 1-2 days of us receiving your order and payment in full. Australia Post standard postage delivery time is 3-7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number, so you can keep an eye on things.

We can ship to anywhere in the world, as long as it’s in Australia.

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the item/s in your order and is calculated at checkout.

RETURNS

KIT Health accepts returns for damaged or faulty items, given they are unopened and original packaging is intact. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, or you received damaged or faulty item/s.

We do not take any responsibility for item/s that are damaged or lost in transit.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item/s via post, within 14 days of your claim. Please allow another 3-5 days for the payment to be processed through your financial institution. Refunds will be made to the card or bank account used in your initial order. KIT Health takes no responsibility, or is liable for, any delays caused by third parties once the refund has been processed by us.
