At KIT Health, my mission is to provide a safe haven for you to address your health needs, emotional concerns, dreams and goals. I see each persons’ roadmap to health and well-being as a personal journey requiring individual attention.
I think we have all had the experience of trying to resolve or meet a challenge by doing ‘exactly what someone else did’ or ‘exactly the way they said to do it in the book’ and yet did not achieve the same success. Although we share characteristics, no two people are exactly the same. This is why I believe the answers you are looking for will be unique to you. Unlike many therapies, Kinesiology lays no preconceived answers over your issues or goals. Instead, through muscle testing, I use your body’s feedback system to reveal what is needed for your innate healing and well-being. My goal is to work ‘with you’ not on you.
Along with my Kinesiology training, I am a qualified Naturopath (Bachelor of Health Science) & am a member of the Naturopath & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Naturopathy is a beautiful therapy that focuses on finding the cause of health issues rather than the suppression of symptoms. Good health is built using a whole person approach, taking into account such things as lifestyle, nutrition, temperament, genetics, friends and family, etc. The power of nature is a core principle ensuring the building blocks are present to assist the healing process and provide the foundation of good health.
I also have a passionate interest in functional pathology and continue to study in this area.
I believe Kinesiology and Naturopathy are beautiful and powerful therapies, that can illuminate your individual path to better health and well-being, creating freedom for you to live the life you want.
