CONTRACT TO BUY

Once you have submitted an order you have entered into a contract to buy. Should you wish to cancel your order please forward an email to hello@kithealth.com.au within 24 hours of your purchase.

Payment is required within 24 hours of orders being placed, otherwise your order may be cancelled by us. Orders will be posted once payment is received in full.

All prices quoted on this website are in AUD and are subject to review and change without notice.

 

SHIPPING + RETURNS

All goods are shipped within 48 hours of ordering. We ship to any location in Australia using Australia Post. KIT Health does not ship outside Australia.

We accept returns for faulty items or incorrect orders – all claims must be made via email to hello@kithealth.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned unopened and in their original packaging. We must receive the item/s by return post within 14 days of your claim.

If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us via email within 24 hours and include photos of the packaging.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
